Nature of the service

aeax provides decision-support software. aeax is not a lender, broker or capital provider. Nothing in the product constitutes an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or financial advice.

Indicative results

Pre-qualification results, scores, risk bands and offer illustrations are indicative outputs of a configurable demo policy. They do not bind aeax or any lender, and they are not a credit decision.

Prototype status

This is an early-stage prototype provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on it for a real lending decision.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having the right to submit it. Do not upload information about third parties without their consent.

External platforms

aeax is an independent prototype and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Kiva. Kiva listing data is public discovery data and remains the property of Kiva and its field partners. Any funding action you take on an external platform is your own action, governed by that platform's terms.

Operator-reported actions

Capital actions recorded in the product are self-reported attestations by an operator. aeax does not verify, execute, hold, or transfer funds, and does not represent that any reported action occurred.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the service, or use it to make unlawful or discriminatory lending decisions.

Changes

These terms will be replaced with a full agreement before any commercial or production use. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
